I started with my hands on machines — mechatronics in Stuttgart, PLCs and sensor arrays, where a bug has physical consequences. From there it was automation to scripting, full stack to AI systems, always chasing one question: how do I make this run itself?
Today I run Shelakh, building AI-powered platforms and the production systems behind them. Always close to production, always measuring.
